My name is Joy Lamore and I am a professional photography model and art director. I have been in the industry for over 5 years and have had the opportunity to work with some of the most creative and talented photographers out there. I also create by myself some original concepts for workshops and private sessions. Because of the experience I have as a photo model I know a lot about finding creativity.
I understand how light interacts with the body, how composition can be used to create visual interest, and how overall tonality can be used to convey meaning. I use this knowledge to help photographers capture the essence of the subject in their photographs. Through my background, I have learned to recognize all those subtle nuances that will make each image stand out from the others.
I also focus on bringing out my own creative ideas when directing or posing for photographs. This helps me create unique poses that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also communicate something about the person or scene being photographed. My ability to think outside the box allows me to produce interesting images that stand out from other models' work.
I think my modeling experience can be useful to anyone who wants to find their creativity, because I have learned a lot about working with different types of people and energies. It has also made me appreciate the power of collaboration. When two or more people come together with a shared vision, anything is possible.
